Every membership includes the personalized recruiting roadmap, Academy, Resource Library, School Tracker, recruiting calendar, follow-up tools, Highlight Builder, and public recruiting profile. There are no separate feature tiers.

Does Earn4 contact college coaches for players?

No. Earn4 does not act as a recruiting agency or contact coaches on a player's behalf. The platform teaches players how to communicate professionally, provides tools and resources to support outreach, and helps families track conversations and follow-ups.

No. No platform can guarantee a college offer, scholarship, or roster position. Earn4 gives players the structure, education, and tools to manage recruiting more effectively and create opportunities, but results depend on factors such as ability, academics, communication, development, fit, and the needs of each college program.

Many Academy tasks follow a recommended sequence so players build their recruiting knowledge step by step. As tasks are completed, additional tasks and related resources may become available.

Yes. Players can build their own target-school list, save coach information, document outreach, add recruiting events, create reminders, and manage follow-ups inside Earn4.

How does the Highlight Builder work?

Players upload individual clips, arrange them in the preferred order, trim the clips, and export a finished recruiting video. Earn4 may provide AI-assisted trim suggestions to help identify the playable action, but the player remains in control of the final clip selection and sequence.

How many recruiting videos can a player create?

Each membership currently includes up to five Highlight Builder exports per month. This limit applies to completed video exports, not the number of clips a player can organize while building a video.

No. Exported videos are available for a limited period. Players should download the completed MP4 within seven days, upload it to a permanent video platform such as YouTube, and add the permanent video link to their Earn4 recruiting profile.

Players can present important athletic, academic, and contact information in one shareable profile. Depending on the information they provide, this may include positions, graduation year, school and team information, metrics, academics, recruiting videos, achievements, and relevant links.

Is a player's information automatically public?

No. The recruiting profile should only be publicly accessible when the player or family chooses to publish and share it. Private account information and internal recruiting activity are not intended to appear on the public profile.

Earn4 is designed for players and parents to use together. For the initial version, the family uses the athlete's account rather than receiving separate parent login credentials. Parents can review progress, help manage the process, and work alongside the player using the same account.

Can more than one athlete use the same membership?

Each Earn4 membership is intended for one athlete because the roadmap, school list, profile, tasks, calendar, and recruiting activity are personalized to that player. Families with multiple athletes need a separate membership for each athlete, and additional eligible siblings receive 30% off through Family Savings.

Do you offer family or sibling pricing?

Yes. Additional eligible siblings receive 30% off their Earn4 membership — $55.30 per month or $553 per year. Each athlete keeps their own Earn4 account and recruiting workspace. Sign up your first athlete normally; once that membership is active, you can send a secure sibling invite from inside Earn4. The sibling creates their own account through that invite, completes the usual verification and setup steps, and the 30% discount is applied automatically at their checkout. There is no public sibling coupon code.

How much does Earn4 cost?

Earn4 costs $79 per month or $790 per year. Both options include the same features. The annual membership saves the equivalent of two months compared with paying monthly for twelve months.

Is there a long-term contract?

Accepted Answer

The monthly membership is billed month to month and can be canceled before the next renewal date. The annual membership is paid for one year at a time and remains active through the end of the paid annual term.

What happens if we cancel?

After cancellation, the membership remains active through the end of the current paid billing period. Once the membership becomes inactive, the account can still be accessed, but membership features become read-only until the subscription is reactivated.

Can we switch between monthly and annual billing?
